Ideally, you would wait to schedule your test until you were at or close to your score goal.

For instance, if you were scoring in the 600s on practice tests, you might schedule your test for a few weeks out, operating under the assumption that you would get to your score goal by test day. Alternatively, you could wait until you scored 650 on one or more practice tests to schedule your test.

At this point, though, you have to push back the date of the test you already scheduled. So, you have to choose a date without knowing exactly when you'll be ready. Maybe you should shoot for the third week in November. You may be ready by then.

A good sign a student is ready for an exam is two consistent Official Mocks that hit their target score. With a Q44, you may need a V36 to comfortably hit 650+
