I believe it is actually "normal" and there is a 12-24 hour period when the systems are out of sync since apparently the Examity and GMAC systems update not in real time time but a few times per day or once a day type of thing. This is one of the reasons you can't file a complaint or raise a dispute about the test for 24 hrs.

I just finished my online GMAT exam and scored 710 on it. After a few minutes of completion, I received an email from Examity saying that the appointment was complete and it displayed my appointment details at the bottom.

However, the My Account page on GMAT's official website (cannot link the website) says that the exam is still in progress. (The exam was finished around an hour and a half ago)

I have contacted GMAC about the same.

Has anyone else also experienced this issue? If so, how long did it take for the issue to be resolved?

Any responses would be greatly appreciated.

Cheers!

Hi DorkyBurger.

Seeing "in progress" after your exam is a common issue. If you'd like to see other examples, just do an internet search on "gmat still showing in progress."

So, you should be fine, and the issue should clear up without your doing anything.
