Yes, all good schools worldwide put lot of stress on Extra-curricular activities. Because they want to choose a candidate which is well rounded from both educational and social point of view. People with extra curricular activities other than their profession are well balanced in thinking and high achiever in real life. That is what I guess. These credentials can not be built overnight. It takes lot of dedication, patience, perseverance and time. And yes it also shows you can handle multiple things within a short time and still can grow intellectually. just my personal opinion
All the International colleges put a lot of stress on Extra-Curricular Activities..Can anyone give some tips so as to fare good in that department.Currently I am working with a reputed IT company..Thinking of joining some college after 2 years(3 year experience)..Also,I would like to know whether it wud be an advantage to join some correspondence MBA in the mean-while to get an upper-hand in GMAT??
