Totally depends on the school. Based on the R1 applications I put in last year...

- HBS started around late October/early November and finished the vast majority by mid-December
- Stanford started in early November and finished in mid-January
- Wharton started in early-mid November and finished (I think) in mid-December
- Sloan started in early-mid December and finished in mid-January

PLEASE don't stress if you're not one of the first ones called for an interview. With some schools (HBS and Sloan come to mind) you may be more likely to see an acceptance if you're called early, but many people are accepted after late interviews. With others (Wharton and especially Stanford), the timing of the interview has absolutely no bearing on the likelihood of acceptance.
