Re: SC : Career switchers [#permalink]
I am leaning more towards A.

For me, the modifier is misplaced in B. Can anybody explain why it is B?

I think you are right----After taking a close look .... I clearly see a modifier issue with B. the modifier "believing" is clearly modifying the clause in the A. Moreover the thumb rule says that adverbial modifier should either modify a Verb or a clause. In B, however, we only have noun "Carrer switchers"

I went with A, but I'm not too clear why B is wrong...

in B, what does "often schedule interviews" modify?

Re: SC : Career switchers [#permalink]
IMO its B

A does not link the professionals & high level managers.

Take out the dependent clause in B and read the sentence. It reads good and now read with the dependent clause, makes complete sense

A-> clearly says carreer switchers schedule interviews
verb and subject close as possible.

B -> fails in above respect

C,D,E are not correct modifier errors

Can you throw light on why this modifier is an adverbial modifier? to me, the modifier clause seems to be modifying the noun "Career switcher".
