i wonder sometimes why schools do these chats. most of the applicants who sign on to these ask ridiculous questions. the few applicants who have done some research and ask thoughtful questions get canned answers that are straight from the website. the current students in these chats aren't any better either...they're sometimes more politically correct than the admissions folks themselves.
