Hi Technext,
are the 6 Manhatten tests on CAT format? I mean on the same pattern as GMATPREP? Im thinking of buying them but will go for them only if they are computer adaptive test.

Hi Abhishek,

Not to worry. There are few good resources, which you can refer. You have actually posted your query on one of these resources, i.e., GMAT Club.

Books & Other resources:
1. Sentence Correction: Manhattan is highly recommended though I haven’t yet seen it.
2. CR: Again Manhattan
3. Manhattan 6 set tests are also recommended for overall difficulty level.
4. GMAT Club Quant is very good. I have tried the free sample and it looks quite close to the real GMAT type questions. I haven’t tried the free Verbal sample. I hope that Verbal should be as good as the Quants one.
5. Besides, be active on forums.

You can also try few free practice tests. The links are:
---------------------------
Manhattan GMAT CAT:

Kaplan GMAT CAT:

Veritas GMAT
https://www.gmatclub.com/forum/veritas-prep-resource-links-no-longer-available-399979.html#-prepara ... tice-GMAT/

Then there's one on this GMAT Club also. I have tried the Quant one but Verbal is still remaining. Quant was really good.

Hope that helps.

Hi Ritula,

Yes, they are based on CAT format only. I haven't purchased those tests yet but I am planning to buy them in a month or two.

As far as I have come to know, they have pattern very similar to GMATPREP; quant is a bit time-consuming (I also noticed the same for the free test that I took) and verbal is also fine.

Moreover, their feedback is quite comprehensive; more than what you can think of. I suggest, you take their free test once. You will, yourself come to know about it.

To summarize, I feel, it's worth going for.

Gaurav
