i've also had problems with their software, i'll finish a test, review the answers, but the only option is for me to end the test, which forever keeps it marked as unfinished. anyway to finish the test? and why don't these tests show how to find the solution instead of just highlightin what the correct answer was

I find GMATPrep to be very confusing software and I could never figure out the finished/unfinished part.

The help says: "If a test is labeled Complete in the Practice Tests window, you worked on the test before but chose not to save your answers as unfinished."
So, to have the test marked as Complete, you have to select "NO" at the very end of the prompts when it asks you if you want to Save answers. If you say you don't, then it will mark it finished, but all your answers will be gone - it does not make any sense, but that's how it works.

I would recommend not having it marked as Finished as in that case you will lose all your answer choices and yes, unfortunately, there are no helpful explanations.... you can search Math Forum or Verbal Forum for help with questions - many people have asked them before.
