It is a great idea.

However, these are timed tests and are not really designed to be studied by subject or in printed manner similar to all other GMAT Cat tests (GMAT prep, Kaplan, Manhattan GMAT, etc) - rather to be taken online. You may want to get a MGMAT guide or PR 1012 that are organized more like question collections rather than tests.

Another option for you would be to get them as an App on Apple iPhone/iPod - there is a beta with 37 questions if you are interested but it will be at least a few weeks until the final version is out.

OK, if I purchase the entire package, is there a way to access questions by topic? Like perhaps a links page where I can jump directly to sentence correction, inequalities etc? Due to my schedule its easier for me to print out and work on problems while on the train etc rather than to do it online.

If you want to attack problems by topic, you might like Jeff Sackman's problem sets: https://www.gmatproblems.com/

I recently purchased his Extreme Challenge and Word Problem Challenge sets, but I haven't had a chance to try them yet.

Be forewarned, these sets are not cheap.
