I have to agree with D as most concise here. A is unecessarily wordy. "court to which X can appeal" seems idiomatic to me

I like (A) better.

Mutiple people multiple cases.

I believe You always apeal to the court - This is the correct usage

Let us wait for the OA.

Re: Because the Supreme Court has ruled that the prosecution in [#permalink]
OA is B

A is incorrect because it makes it sound like a done deal. That there cases will be decided by lower courts and that they will want to appeal.

C is incorrect because for appealing is unidiomatic

D is incorrect because of verb tense. The sequence of events requires "after the cases have been".

E has ambiguous they.

Im also wondering if B is better because sentence says "plaintiffs in such cases" requiring paralllel "cases". They have more than one case that is to be decided.

I initially went with D because I felt it was clear and concise.

I believe (B) is right because of have been

The cases have to be decided first for them to apeal later to higher courts.

Nice question. This is like the "Beckett-translation" problem whereby logical sequence of actions should be considered

I was down to B and D but chose D. I see the logic behind B.
