Toefl IBT x Toefl Paper-based test

Hello everybody.
On January 2nd I did (at least I hope so) my last Toefl attempt.
It was my 3rd Ibt, in the last ones I got a 100 and a 99. I have to confess that I didn'd prepare properly for them since my confidence was very high since I took the Gmat for the first time and got a 700 just before the 1st attempt.
Unfortunately, Toefl is not as easy as it looks like. For this time I made a whole new strategy, I scheduled not only an ibt test but also a paper one. And I also studied really hard for them.
The results were not released yet but I'm not so confident on the ibt score. I really think I improved my weakest areas such as speaking and writing but this time the reading and the listening were much more difficult. Let´s see..
On the other hand, I think my paper score was better. Maybe a 640 out of 677.
What I really wanted to know whether the schools consider the two tests equivalent. I researched their websites and all of them (but Harvard) accept both of them. But I consider it very awkward since the paper is so much easier than the ibt...
What do you think?
Thanks in advance.
