I can't add much to what has already been offered by previous comments. But, considering its price, the MGMAT Stopwatch is a frivolous purchase and completely unnecessary. Simply use the GMAT Timer or a regular - and cheaper - stopwatch. There is, though, a bundle deal MGMAT offers that includes the stopwatch and Test Simulation Booklet. The booklet is a very good purchase and a wise investment in you GMAT studies. See the link below for more details:

During the exam. there is a timer on the screen.

During practice, suggest you to use a timer to track how long you take to choose an answer. This helps you to push yourself in a target time to complete the exam on time and pace it.
