2 days left, doing terrible on RC pls help.

Hi, I have been doing average job, my scores on 2 ETS and 1 GMAT Official exams are 690, 630 (ehh woke up in middle of sleep, took it in bed, no wonder i screwed that one up) and 710. I can manage most stuff but reading comprehensive is driving me crazy and if i can come up with real nice strategy to handle RC better, i can so score 700+ on Wednesday. Please give me suggestions that worked for you and i will try to implement and score better. btw my strategy is start reading, keep taking notes and when done reading think for 5-10 sec main ideas and paragraph as whole and then answer questions, still get sooooooooooo many of them wrong.
