Hi there, I need some advice regarding the GMAT test. My college requires minimum range of 450-500 to get in the program. I took GMAT test last time (few months ago) and didn't meet the target. Now I need to take it again, which I am going to take in a month. So, I need some advice what do I need to do and how can I get this damn 450? I have Kaplan's 2009 book with CD and couple books from GMAC. I can give 3 hours a day in this study for this one month period. I don't know how and where to start and what new strategy to follow!

This seems like silly question but you know I am starting my study after 13 years of gap between my study and English is not my first language!

Your advice or any suggestion would be highly appreciated.

Why dont you enroll yourself in one of the multiple tutoring programs such as Knewton, Manhattangmat or Mastergmat. You can also get discount in these programs through gmatclub referral. These programs will help you stick to schedule and learn the ropes so that you can cross the required GMAT score.

how well did you study the GMAC books? and are those books the Official Guide? If so, just really dedicate yourself to the book and you should be able to meet 450. Really understand where you get things right and why you get things wrong.

Or yes, you can also enroll in a class for it that will keep you in check.

I agree...otherwise you seem to be on the right track. Nothing beats repetition. I am sure in another month of studying, you will pass with no problems :-) Good luck...let us know how it goes.
