Hello, I have been accepted to RSM as well. I'm sorry I can't help because I too have only the conditional offer.
However, I am sure you are able to apply for your scholarships without the unconditional offer, just log in with your account at RSM's online platform and download the Admission's statement.
I have applied to multiple scholarships with the conditional offer and it is OK.

I'm just curious, for which programme have you been granted admission?
