Thanks for sharing your profile. I'd say your strengths are your nonprofit and community work - there is strong consistency there and I'm sure you've had a lot of leadership experience in that role. Definitely play that up. I'd say your academics are average/slightly low, as is your work experience. As you know, you fall into the "Indian Male IT professional" demographic, so you have to work hard to differentiate yourself (which your community work helps you do). Definitely play up any leadership experience that you have had at work. Your extracurriculars are average - it's great that you were involved in college, but don't see much since then.
As for programs you can apply for, I'd suggest Kelley, Fisher, Texas A&M... those are the range of programs I'd suggest you target.
