I got choice E.

My line of reasoning: Following the strategy from powerscore CR, must be true statements are solved by finding an answer that can be either a paraphrase of the stimulus or a logical consequence of one or more parts of the stimulus.

Reasoning behind my POE:
A) I felt that for some ailments was too vague and didn't relate to the stimulus stating the main ingredient is used as an antacid and a laxative; additionally it is the main ingredient of the magnesium milk not the magnesium milk itself
B) The other hospitals "1 out of the 10" could use a different ingredient or medicine to treat acid indigestion and constipation (also both of these diseases seemed out of scope)
C) Again this answer choice (like choice A) is talking about the milk not the main ingredient from the milk
D) Out of scope, nothing in the stimulus states a patent medicine
E) This answer choice is correct as it restates the stimulus.

Final answer choice: E.
