(B) Watching the TV or working on the computer lead to overeating. WRONG because or requires singular verb leads
(C) To watch the TV and to work on the computer leads to overeating. WRONG because and requires plural verb lead
(D) Watching the TV and working on the computer leads to overeating. WRONG because same as C
(E) Watching the TV or to work on the computer leads to overeating. WRONG because it is not parallel

(B) Watching the TV or working on the computer lead to overeating. only and can make the subject plural and not or,so we need leads.
(C) To watch the TV and to work on the computer leads to overeating.change in meaning,this choice means that doing these things together will lead to overeating.
(D) Watching the TV and working on the computer leads to overeating.same as C
(E) Watching the TV or to work on the computer leads to overeating.watching and to work are not parallel.
