I took the GMAT 2 weeks ago with the goal of getting a 680. I started preparing in June and took
MGMAT live course for 6 six weeks and found the instructor to be arrogant and talked more about himself than the GMAT. After talking to the folks at
MGMAT, the placed me in the Live Online course which ended on October 3. I took the GMAT on October 5th. I really did not feel like I got the test taking strategies and timing down before I took the test and really needed a few more weeks to prepare and practice more problems.
My official GMAT score is 610 (Q41/V34). I would like to retake the test in a month. I feel that I would have done better if I had more time to practice the questions and improve my timing. I had to guess the last few questions and didn't answer the last one in Quant and guessed the last 2 questions in verbal. I need to increase my score to 700 (I would be happy with a 680).
Does anyone have any suggestions on what I should do? Should I focus more on Verbal since I am stronger in that to increase my score or should I focus more on Quant to bring it up more?
