Analysing GMAT 1st attempt to establish baseline and Study Plan

Hi all, I started practicing the GMAT last week and decided to take 1 free Prep Test to establish my baseline and create a study plan.
I'm aiming to get 740+, I have not scheduled yet a date to do the exam, I will once I feel I'm in the 740 ballpark.
In my first prep test, I got 700: Q49 V37 with the following results:
PS: 71% accuracy from 17 questions
DS: 50% accuracy from 14 questions
RC: 75% accuracy from 12 questions
SC: 64% accuracy 14 questions
CR: 60% accuracy 10 questions
My questions is, given that the online exam modifies the difficulty of the questions, can the previous statistics be used as a proxy for my current skills?
In case it does, my plan would be the following:
My immediate next steps will be to do again the questions I answered incorrectly.
Since the GMAT score is more heavily weighted in Verbal, I will focus improving there, without compromising my current Quant skills.
My focus will be in improving CR and SC skills (any tips are also very welcomed), so I will practice mainly those type of questions, and I will do 5-10 daily exercises of RC, PS and DS to keep the pace in those parts.
In SC I don't know all the grammar rules, I just used logic so it could be a good idea to study theory for SC, given that I'm not an english native speaker. Does anyone know a good source to study SC?
For CR I will deep dive and see if there are some type of CR questions (Weaken/Strengthen, Assumption, Boldface, etc.) in which I'm underperforming. I will try to look for youtube videos on the GMAT Club channel for CR.
I'm also open to study with a buddy if anyone wants! I'm from Argentina (GMT-3).
Any tips or suggestions are very welcomed!
