Hi. I have to say you are an awesome friend. Or an awesome family member! 😎👍 your friends should be thankful to have someone dedicate like you!
While business schools is SUPER busy, the schedule is set by you snd based on your priorities. Usually there are plenty of opportunities to travel and handle your responsibilities .... I wouldn’t worry too much. While the policies depend and vary school by school, usually you’re allowed to miss without pesky questions one class out of eight... but then there are also numerous breaks and various recruiting opportunities and recruiting trips and tracks. Usually there are no classes on Fridays and it is possible to make your schedule be only three days of school per week. You can also talk to your professor and figure out a way to make up for the missed class. There are a lot of options. As long as your friends don’t decide to get married in one month and one week apart, you should be able to accommodate them.
Life does not stop while you are in business school. While it is potentially challenging and detrimental to have so many disruptions.... Not that you will miss the most important lecture in the world but it does take you out of the recruiting loop. Certain careers are based on a very fixed and rigid schedule. There are on campus events and interviews and coffee chats and if you don’t attend, you are out. Your choice to attend weddings will not be missing a class. The choice will more likely to be missing a recruiting event that could potentially define your career versus going to the wedding which most likely will happen even if you don’t go.... sometimes the choice will be hard but in most cases, it will be your choice and I would be making it when you get there. Don’t freak out yet 😉 ... who knows, they may move them again 😜

Thank you so so much for this thoughtful response!! This helps a lot.
If you can believe it, two of the weddings are actually in the same month, two weeks apart 😅 to your point, I think that will be the big decision I have to make about which one I go to.
Your input is great thank you so much! Definitely feeling likes it’s more manageable now.
