Total = D+ JtoN = 15(JtoN)/11

Fraction: D/Total = 4/15

Total =Dec+Jan to Nov
15a= 4A+11A (no.of months x average)

december ratio =4A/15A

Another approac that is much easier... IMO:

say the average was 10 ... December is 4 times average so 40

december = 40 , whole year = 11(10)+1(40) = 150

Thus

40/150 .... 4/15
