For the sake of GMAT - ideas and their quality do not matter. What matters is that you sound convincing and not crazy.
One reason is that it is extremely hard to evaluate ideas. For example, what is a 4.0 idea and what is a 4.5 idea?

AWA score does not matter really - don't worry about it. Just spend a few minutes doing an outline and come up with some points and the rest will come itself.
