It's certainly interesting to see how HBS and GSB grads hold out for the perfect job! And I'd be willing to bet a lower percentage accepted offers in 2012 vs. 2011 because, in general, 2012 were more confident in the economy and therefore didn't feel like they needed to snatch up just any offer.
