Hi Skye10, I am also facing this issue while trying to login/creating an account. When I create account it says duplicate id, but when I use that id it says incorrect login details. I do have login on applyyourself.

Besides, I could request for login details at one page and got email from Carnegie Mellon University Tepper School but that is also not working.

Could you find out the solution for this problem?

I just sent an email to applyyourself's technical assistance. They sent an email back with a password for the user id and then I changed it...

Thanks Skye10, I did the same and got a reply from tech staff that my account does not exist, but it does. Anyhow, I have created a new account (duplicate) hope it does not create any conflict with existing one.

If you can't get a LOR from your current supervisor, do you need to explain this in optional essay?

I just went with the standard issue 1 inch margin all the way around.

I used 1.25 inches on sides and 1 inch at top and bottom.

One last question on app ... guys:

I did submit my app and received this message on main screen:

Submission Status: Submitted
Submitted Date: 10/25/2009


But for some reason I am still able to go in the app and modify the fields. But I did notice that the "Submit" radio button is not there. So I hope thats the right behavior. Can somebody confirm?

PS; Sorry for asking all these stupid questions ... this is the first time and i wanna make sure that I dont do any silly mistake.

no dont take it in wrong way. you should feel good .. coz .. tepper must have scanned some apps and have decided to invite you for interview... so it IS a good news!!!

Hi all,

Best of luck for all those who received the interview invites.

count me in for R2.
I am not planning to schedule the interview prior to submission (I think, self-initiated interviews end by 24th), rather would wait for an invite after submission.

Had a campus visit last month and should say I quite liked the environment.
