cite something as something
cite something for something

there is no pattern
it is cited + that clause.

so, E is not idiom

Hi all, could you please explain why C and E are wrong?
C) Is "by conflicting scientic studies" a dangling modifier?
E) Is this wrong because of the passive voice? Or the use or in "tomato sauce or the bottom of the cheese topping"?
