Sadly, GMAT prep is thought to be the only reliable indicator of current level (whether it actually is or is not is a debate for another time).
On the bright side, you have a Q50 in GMAT prep so that should be reassuring.
V23 gives you a lot of scope for improvement. (I am not going to try to explain the difference. All I will do is give you suggestions on how to proceed from here)
In my opinion, a strong Quant implies strong reasoning skills. This means CR should be a piece of cake for you. Also, logic makes up a big part of RC and SC. All you need is the right guidance. You need to understand what is expected of you in each question. Thereafter, the approach would be very systematic and rational. Verbal is obviously a little more subjective so there would be errors but on the whole you should be able to do really well. Don't think of Verbal as a test of English, think of it as mainly a test of your reasoning skills. You don't need to be perfect with your Grammar to do well in the business world. Same is true for the test that tests your aptitude for the business world.
You can check out the Veritas Verbal books. They tell you how to approach the questions in a logical manner. Thereafter, use OG13 for practice questions.
