Hi again,
As far as work experience goes, Notre Dame and Georgetown are definitely doable. They both accept a pretty wide range of experience levels into their programs. So if you can show clear reasons for why MBA now, I don't see that being a major concern.
Did you take the GMAT yet? I didn't see your score but maybe I missed it. Those schools have medians in the 680-690 range so I'd feel best about your chances at those two schools if you had a ~700 score.
You could certainly go ahead and apply in R2 this year. Though if you end up needing more time for the GMAT, or if you think waiting another year would significantly improve your work background, then you'd be just fine waiting.
Good luck!

Hey sir
Apologies for troubling you again but i have a specific query now =>
Is my profile good enough for notre dame ?
and additionally if not should i skip applying this year in R2 and apply in early round next year so that my work ex will be more than 2 years and 4 months?
i want to get into notre dame or georgetown..!
Actually Notre dame is my top priority.

P.S => I realize my post was a bit amateur given that i didn't do any research back then .
have done my research now ..!

Cheers
