C it is.

A) sufficiently large is strange.

we should use number to modify people rather than amount.

I completely agree, chunjuwu - btu (A) has sufficiently large numbers of people. In spite of this, I'd like to change my mind to (A) - using "amount" with people sounds horribly weird!

(A) for me. We say number of people, not amount of people. People is countable, isn't it? Sufficient people is just silly.

yeah I guess sufficient amount of people does sound weird...I guess I was wrong but I can't change my asnwer because I can't on the GMAT :-D ....OA please?
