This is where we can use the subjunctive mood, such as Hopes, Proposals, Desires and Request formed with the word that

Who requested that it call....


I would definitely vote for D.

I go for D not only for the subjunctive but also because who refers to buyers.

B uses the infinitive form which is also correct. I think the pb is that "requesting" could be a modifier of Mitsubishi and that is incorrect.

D for Subjunctive.
Remember a similar SC discussed few days back, Coca-Cola one.

It's a copy of Coca-Cola SC (Coca-Cola SC is from OG10). This is how some test prep companies make money ! :lol:
