Hi Vibha,
You have a fairly strong profile - you've got strong management experience and very interesting entrepreneurial and creative background. You have a great community endeavor as well with Vibha's Mondays. Overall, I think you are quite well rounded and can demonstrate strong leadership.
Your weakness is really that your background is IT (rather than business), but I believe your entrepreneurial experience will help balance that.
As for programs to target - I cannot give you any percentage likelihood of admittance, but I would suggest that you look at programs like Duke (target), Michigan (target), Berkeley (reach). You may also consider UCLA (safe/target). MIT would be stretch (somewhat unlikely) but would be great fits given your interests.
As far as improving your profile, I'd say you're in pretty good shape... I'd only suggest retaking the GMAT, but it seems you don't wish to do that.
This is a good time to get started on the bschool process - you should start your school research now, identify any weaknesses to improve, and then gear up to start applications by late summer. We can walk through the timeline with you in more detail via phone if you decide to move forward. To move forward, please sign up for a free consultation via our website:
