C

Let m - managers, d - Directors
A - Av salary of managers, B - Av salary of directors

We have to find d/(m+d)

St1: A = (mA+dB)/(m+d) - 5000
mA+dA = mA +dB - 5000(m+d)
d(B-A) = 5000(m+d)
We don't know A and B: INSUFF

St2: B = (mA+dB)/(m+d) + 15000
mB+dB = mA+dB + 15000(m+d)
m(B-A) = 15000(m+d)
We don't know A and B: INSUFF

Together:
Divide two equations we get d/m = 1/3
So 25% are managers.: SUFF
