Any suggestions to improve from a Q47 to Q50 or above

Had given the GMAT in Jan'20 and scored a Q 47
(Had just gone through the OG back then without a ton of error analysis)

Practiced the OG and OG Quants review (with a lot more focus on keeping an error log and improving ton the errors) again but was surprised to the same score reflected in one of the free Experts Global Mocks

Might be slightly rusty on exam practice;nevertheless was expecting some improvement

Should I jump into more practice questions from other test providers/GMAT Club or take some kind of course to improve my math score?

Doing more and more practise test will help you a lot. Also analyze the test what went wrong and why. Find out are there some sums which really bothers you every time and you do not know how to handle them in exams or you lack conceptual clarity on some sums. Group coaching will definitely not going to help you at this stage however you can look individual coaching it helps a lot at this juncture provided faculty is an expert to take a student from 47 to 51.

Thanks for the insight

I am pretty comfortable with 650 level questions;Maybe a printed guide is the way forward
Don't see how going over the basics with a test prep provider will help exponentially

OG has easy questions and can help you till 650 and not beyond that. After this you have to take test continously and see your comfort in those sums. If you are not getting conceptual clarity of the sums comming in test and some time they are able to dodge you then you have to think about them.
