Man, that really sucks. I'm sure you'd have a case with Pearson. Just try to keep it civil on the phone so they don't hang up on you, hahaha. All that "other" stuff aside, congratulations on a great score. 730 is certainly nothing to discount. That's quite an accomplishment, especially considering all the distractions that you had to endure. Hope they can compensate you somehow. Keep us posted on what develops!

Take the test again in another test center ASAP. They may refund you for the bad experience but won't change your score.

I still don't understand this, I came to accept that the test was scoring the breakdown different from previous test but I don't understand how I can have the same breakdown and 20 points lower? 10 points maybe but how can the exact same breakdown taken in the same week have a 20 point difference?????

49/40 is now a 710-730?

Tip to all test takers-

Carefully read all rules about your rights before the test

You are allowed 5 erasable baords at a time.

I was only given 1 board-the size of an A4 sheet at a time. This is a clear, additional violation. In fact, I am fairly confident of my case....have written to Pearson Vue and awaiting their reply

Interesting when I took the test the first time I asked for two booklets and they told me no, the girl said she would keep a close watch on me to get others to me asap. I actually make an effort to use as little space as possible when I'm writing. Both times a took the test I didn't use more than the packet they gave me.

I do think that the people at the testing centers are rude and I know this kind of thing happens more often than reported.
