I just used it horizontally and placed it right in the way you keep key board

So, you do have 30 seconds prior to each new section. Certainly that 30 seconds is going to go by quickly, so you just want to make sure you are ready to rock when the section begins. With that said, when you say “set up your scratch paper,” to what exactly are you referring?
