imo C

St1 at least 34 members means club can have more members also
insufficient

St2 less than 13 members can also give multiple values

Combining
34/2= 17 17-5=12 valid
36/2=18 18-5=13 invalid

Unique answer hence C

Let the photography club currently have X members. X is an integer!

(1) 2X >= 34 .... X >= 17 Insuff

(2) X - 5 <= 12 ( fewer than 13 means at most 12) ... X <= 17Insuff

(1) + (2) : X >=17 & X <= 17. Therefore X = 17 Hence sufficient!

Option (C) is our answer.

I) 2x>=34
x>=17

II)x-5<13
x<18
Combining both x can only take 17 as value
So C
