I gave my GMAT exam 2 days ago, and I was pretty certain that I would get a 720+ score based on my GMAT Prep Test performance. I was really disappointed to see a score of 710 (Q49 V38) at the end of the test.

The material that I used for preparing for the test was:
1) Official Guide
2) MGMAT Guides for Quant
3) E-Gmat Modules for Verbal
4) Experts Global Mocks
5) Official Mocks (6)
6) GMATClub questions

I've studied for ~6 months now. However, I've had several breaks in these 6 months, periods ranging from a few days to a week because of my full-time job at times and lost one full month (in July) to illness. On other days, I've studied for 2-3 hours a day on weekdays and 6-7 hours on weekends over this period.
I scored the following for each official mock test. I gave these tests within 2 weeks (with a gap of 2/3 days between each test) right before my final exam.
Mock Test 1: 740 (Q49 V42)
Mock Test 2: 720 (Q50 V38)
Mock Test 3: 680 (Q48 V35)
Mock Test 4: 710 (Q50 V35)
Mock Test 5: 720 (Q50 V37)
Mock Test 6: 750 (Q50 V41)

I'm planning to apply to US B-schools in 2023 intake.

Could anyone please advice as to how I can improve my score to a 750 or above? Any advice would be of great help. I plan to retake my test in a month if possible.

Thanks in advance!

Hi RB4U

710 is a great score. But if you feel you can take it up to 750 or above, then I can definitely help you with that. The first thing in that process would be to identify your weak areas and work on them. You are almost there in quant but you can take your score to 42-43 in verbal. So, you have to analyze even the minute things and make sure to work on them. If you have an ESR, I can definitely help you in analyzing it. We can get in touch over a zoom conference call and we can analyze it together. This way we can figure out what exactly your weak areas are and then make a plan of action. Feel free to connect with me on DM for further discussion.
