Improving RC can be tricky. In the end, you need to actually practice and get familiar with reading quickly and going through answer choices.

It can be difficult to learn to improve RC by reading about it.

Take a look at this passage and the corresponding video explanation - see if it helps:

https://www.gmatpill.com/gmat-practice-t ... stion/2125

As you read the passage, you will want to focus on transition words - because these words give the overall structure of what you're reading some meaning. Focus on these and just quickly glance through the other words - that's usually your best approach.

Here's the corresponding video walkthrough of eliminating answer choices:

Hi Diya04,

While you've identified RC as an area that needs some extra work, it's unclear how you're performing on all of the other areas of the GMAT. Before I can offer you the specific advice that you’re looking for, it would help if you could provide a bit more information on how you've been studying and your goals:

Studies:
1) How long have you studied?
2) What study materials have you used?
3) How have you scored on each of your CATs (including the Quant and Verbal Scaled Scores)?

Goals:
4) What is your goal score?
5) When are you planning to take the GMAT?
6) When are you planning to apply to Business School?
7) What Schools are you planning to apply to?

GMAT assassins aren't born, they're made,
