\(\&m=\frac{m}{(1−m)}\)

=> &m = Value after & / (1 - Value after &)

=> \(\&(\frac{2}{3})\) = \(\frac{2}{3}\) / ( 1 - \(\frac{2}{3}\))
= \(\frac{2}{3}\) / \(\frac{1}{3}\) = 2

So, Answer will be A
Hope it helps!
