If n is a positive integer and m = 6.25 × 10^n, what is the value of n [#permalink]

Your Option is right but the value of n will be 2 not 3.

m = 6.25 x 10^n
St 1: 500<m<5000. for n=1, m=62.5; for n=2, m=625 and for n=3, m=6250. the condition holds true only for n=2. ANSWER

St 2: m<6250. for this condition to hold true n will be 1,2. INSUFFICIENT
