HI,
Stmnt 1 Since N! is a multiple of 169 which is 13^2 then N! should have twice 13 or N! is at least 26! . 26! has 6 5's -5,10,15,20,25 so N! should be a multiple of 10^6
Stmnt 1 is sufficient

Stmnt2 is not sufficient
