Perimeter= 40+250+50+(250+30)=620

Construct segment EC || to AB. This creates a right triangle with side ED equal to the unknown part of AD. ED will have length 40, thus triangle CED is a 3-4-5 triangle, and side ED = 30, thus the perimiter of hte figure is 250+250+30+50+40 = 620. Answer is C.
