Here passage is talking about people with criminal records having weapons so presuming anything about people with no criminal records will be out of scope of this passage.

And passage is also talking about holding dealers responsible which clearly can be assumed that dealers are not motivated by themselves

72 is about 8th percentile. Average is 79.

i just finished a gmat club GFE verbal mock

got 64 percentile with V80....i found few CR options wayward...

but the analytics is great

will take couple more...@bb , can you please guide what I can do to take my score to V84/ V85
