C

From st1 we can say kelly filled 4 jackets amounting to 171.75$ and 3 jackets amounting to 138.8$. Two values. Hence insufficient.

From st2 we can say kelly filled 4 jackets amounting to 171.75$ and 5 jackets amounting to 204.7$. Two values. Hence insufficient.

Combining we get kelly filled only 4 jackets. Hence sufficient
