Hi,
I took the first GMATPrep about a month back and got a meagre 580 which was disappointing. I aim for a 700+. I had a low score in V29 but my Quant was ok with Q47. So, I started with SC preparation, followed BB's advice on some external reading for RC and read the powerscore Bible for CR.
I took my second GMATPrep last weekend and although it seemed to more exhaustive and confusing rather than difficult, I thought I would score even worse this time. But the score came up as 670 (Q44, V38). This has motivated me to face the real test 2 weeks from now.
I need the experts' advice on what i should concentrate now and which material should i be going through. I do atleast one GMATCLUB test everyday. On the second GMATPrep, I ended up wasting time on 2 ques and that cost me the last 3 questions. I just answered without even reading any of them. I never had this time problem before.
I am planning on the following:
SC- Go through my
error log on the OG12. Where can I get additional practice on harder questions.
RC- OG12 and readings.
CR- Did OG12 but seems I need more practice. Got many wrong, not because they were hard but because I needed focus.
DS and PS - I want to practice those tricky questions and need the appropriate sources to practice within these 2 weeks. I have 8
GMATCLUB tests left.
Lastly, I plan to practice atleast 2 RC passages, 10 SC, CR, DS and PS problems from this awesome forum.
Help and advice would be appreciated.
Thanks!!!
