honestly confused which one to take
I think we’ve had this conversation to some extent before. Not sure if this would help but here’s my two cents -
Take the Class Version if:> You’re weak at reasoning with graphs, tables, charts
> Have good stamina to last through a 3 hour long exam (with each vital section being 60 mins or so)
> Are good with grammar and logic in Sentence Correction
> Are good with Geometry (can help mitigate an Algebra-Arithmetic weakness)
> Are okay to give the exam by 31st Jan, 2024
-> GMAT Prep takes a minimum of 3 months for most folks starting out. It’s a mental, physical, emotional and financial investment
> Want to apply to Harvard or Wharton for the 2024 intake
Take the Focus Version if:> You’re good at analyzing graphs, tables, charts
> You have low stamina and can only sit put for 2 hours and 15 minutes (not including the break)
> You’re poor at English grammar, have slight difficulty with contextual understanding of sentences in English
> Are bad with Geometry
> Need to give the exam post 31st Jan, 2024 - you really don’t have much of a choice here
> Need more than 3 months to prepare
These are just my thoughts. There is a hell of a lot more that goes into deciding between the two versions. The above lists are just meant to supplement actual research - which any GMAT aspirant
MUST do!!!
