Answer to  question 3  is D.

The Phone with the smallest screen is Shieftain. It received an average critical rating of 4.3. See tab 1. The question provides the total number of ratings, which is 40. Hence sum of ratings is 4.3*40=172. To get a minimum of 4.5 rating this phone needs 16 more ratings of 5, which will equal 5*16=80. The previous sum is 172, the new sum will equal 80, and total sum will equal to 172+80=252 and the number of ratings will equal to 252/(40+16) = 4.5 average rating.
