I'm new to this portal and so to GMAT too and this is one of the best and detailed site I have found available online.
Moving to my question, I come from an Engineering background and have given GRE for my MS and now after few years or working I'm giving GMAT. If I may be asking a repeated question(s), then, please divert me to the correct link on this site.
1. Since I have ' been-there-done-that' for GRE, how close/ discrete would be the experience of GMAT. By comparison, I'm looking for toughness/easiness in evaluation of sections and areas of focus by the evaluators
2. I have a Kaplan Verbal and Math Workbook to start with and plan to advance to either Kaplan Premier or
OG'13 based. Which one do you suggest amongst the two as a better guide. I will be taking CAT test in some way, so please eliminate the 6 tests Kaplan as a reason to select Kaplan.
My plan is to complete GMAT in about 3 months prioritizing my work schedule, so here is a tentative plan, what do you think about the following.
Study Plan
Strategy and Real Questions :
The Official Guide for GMAT
Verbal - Kaplan Verbal Workbook
Math - Kaplan Verbal Workbook
AWA - Book and some samples
Test Plan - Kaplan, Manhattan Test/
OG. GMAT site, few free one's
Thanks, looking forward for your guidance.
