hello experts ,
I had submitted my original transcripts to Copenhagen business school ( DENMARK) , however , when the school returned the package 3 certificates were missing .
I emailed them immediately and they responded back with a line stating that they could not locate the missing certificates.
I really don't understand how could they lose candidate's original certificates and not take any responsibility . How do I hold them responsible for doing such blunder ?
I doubt if they have made any effort to even search for the missing files . How can I ask them to do more extensive search and make them realize that its their responsibility to send me all the transcripts .
Kindly advise ...After Losing the originals, I am very much disturbed

Sorry to hear that...I haven't encountered that situation before though I'm sure it's quite frustrating. There may not be much you can do here...but I would try calling and kindly asking if someone can check again for your missing documents. If they can't find them, then there's really not much you can do, and getting upset with them or trying to hold them responsible could actually work against you and your admissions chances. Is it possible to obtain another transcript? I know there may be an additional cost for this but that may be your only option.

thanks for responding . Could you please let me know who else should I email and request to get involved . I emailed the MBA director named Poul Hedegaard , but he is on vacation untill 12 august . How could they simply say they did not receive the certificates and deem my application complete .
They are playing a game . Could you please let know other ways I could get top staff members involved and do a thorough search .
