Hi Admin,
The subject of this post says "(April 2016 Intake) Class of 2018"
As HEC montreal is 1 year program, the subject should be "Class of 17".

I have got an admit to HEC Montreal for full time MBA which will start this April
Is there anyone who is going to join me for this class ?

I also applied to hult and I was accepted, I'm also waiting for the mit Sloan fellow program response...

between hult and hec m I prefer heck, and mit is a long shot...

I am waiting for Schulich results but I am more convinced by HEC-M due to the duration and low fees. HEC MBA should be better with respect to ROI (Schulich tuition fees is thrice that of HEC and also more living expenses)
I will definitely update you once I get my Schulich results.

In your case, HEC is anytime better than Hult.
The sloan fellow programs are quite different than traditional MBA and it depends on your post MBA goals .
Please let us know your decision once finalized.

Just want to know, why you prefer Mcgill to HEC.
I spoke with lot of HEC alumni and almost all of them told me that HEC has better quality and recognition in the Quebec.
McGill university is renowned but the Desautels MBA is not that famous.
The Mcgill advantage is that its 2 years program (that translates to 3 years WP) so it may help you to change the job function/domain.
But at the age of 30, it doesn't make sense to go for 2 year program with most of the peers with the lower age (IMO)

the fact is that i didn't have insight from existing or formal students from both schools. I just based my opinion on ranking (i know that it is no the best way to make a judgment)
Both schools are really interesting to me because of IT domain which is a concentration in a MBA. I will take into account your point if i have admission in both schools.
Another important thing to mention is that i will be an immigrant. I have already finish the process and got my visa but i will go there during the summer period. I want to start my immigration integration with this MBA.
So for a short and medium term i will be in Canadian market. I know that both schools will provide me good access to that job market.
I still don't have any news from Mc Gill ... crossing fingers

hello, i'm kind of worried, because we are finishing the third week and I have no news about my application, I know that they may take four weeks, but i don't have information about interview or anything.

do you think I still have chance or should I take the plan B that is hult?

I really prefer Hec but I also want to take the mba this year so....
